    Low Carb Hi Fat Explanation Why low carb hi fat? Before answer that question, let me explain first what is carb, and what is use for our body. Carb or Carbohidrate are use as fuel for our body. So when you eat carbohidrat, our body will crack it into more smaller chemical and store it as fuel for later use. When you want to lower your weight, you have to exercise. When you exercise, when you want to burn your fat, but unfortunately your body only burn the stored fuel first. Because of that, carbohydrate will stop the fat burn until the stored fuel empty. So what the diet want to achieve is, decrease of carbohydrate consumption, change it will fat instead. Why change it with fat? So when we do some exercise or some activity, our body will directly burn the fat, because we have small amount of carbohydrate stored in our body, our activity time or exercise time will burn fat faster. This metabolism is same as when we are starving. When we starving, because we don’t have stored fueled on our body. So our body start to use fat as fuel, called fat burn.
