Quick tips on Growing Muscle I’ve quite successful in growing muscle. Although I’m not ripped enough, I want to share how to grow muscle based on my experience and information that I read on the Internet. Resistance Traning You have to work out, either callisthenic or weight training. Resistance Training is a must. You can do minimum 3 times a week for normal grow time. Protein, protein, protein. Protein is the first source of muscle, so you must get enough protein in your body. You can measure your daily protein by:
Your bodyweight x 2 = daily protein consumption (in gr)
This is your best daily protein consumption recommendation. There a ton of food that contains protein. This is the list of food that easy to find:
- 100gr Chicken: 31gr
- 100gr Shrimp: 24gr
- 100gr Tempe: 18gr
- 100gr Squid: 8gr
- 1 Egg: 6gr
- 100gr White rice: 2.7gr
Although you never calculate your daily protein consumption, research notes that you already eat 30-50 gr protein based on your normal meal.
